Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez is an Cuban as well as an American television arbitrator since Caso Cerrado. Ana was raised in Havana, Cuba. Her move to Miami with her family around age two after moving out of Havana. Ana Maria Polo, born in Habana Cuba, is a host for the renowned Telemundo show "Caso Cerrado" that was the first Spanish language show nominated to be awarded an Emmy. Daytime Entertainment Emmy (r). In 2015, she was ranked as the top spot in Spanish at 4pm in key demos. Polo was born in Havana in 1959. When she graduated at Florida International University's political science program, she moved to Havana where she stayed for twenty years. From there she earned her PhD in law from the University of Miami and practiced law for twenty years within the City of Miami. Following that, she received the PhD in Law from the University of Miami. Polo appeared for the debut time on Telemundo Sala de Parejas in 2001. Some other shows on the court also offered her advice on legal matters. Literary Works and Accolades In 1958 she published the book Los Hijos Muertos (The dead children) and received the Critic's Prize as well as the Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute fled Spain in the United States 1960. Polo often speaks and is able to raise money to support the campaign. Through her lengthy professional career, she's fought to ensure LGBT equality. She's been a Florida Bar-member since 1987, and has graduated in law from the University of Miami School of Law.
